Why are we doing this?
The truth is, this is money we’d spend on advertising anyway — with no guarantee of finding a qualified seller. So we’d rather pay it to people who introduce us to a genuine seller than pay Facebook or Google.

Are there any limits to how many people I can refer?
Not at all. There is no limit on how many home sellers you can refer to us, subject to the Referral Programme Terms & Conditions.

How much do you charge?
Our typical seller commission is 2% of the sale price, subject to agreement and applicable terms.
